It wouldn't mean anything to anyone else
but I used to have a job popping popcorn in a movie theatre. I listened to the radio while I was popping and this song was popular at the time. So I think of it as a "popcorn song"

That's a rock classic Jeff. Oh, and I think the Smashing Pumkins did a version too.
