I eat the Christmas oranges like they're going out of style...
and really, they are! It's downright criminal that we can't get them year round! Mark and I go through at least 2 boxes every holiday season--they're so sweet and juicy, far better than the oranges we usually get!
Thanks for sharing this recipe--I think we'll be having it for dinner tonight!

I seem to have noticed, even among my friends, that usually it's the man who prefers the wok! The women often are not to keen on it! Maybe I should do a little research on

Kabu, when I come to visit I'll make sure not to bring my frogs or my pet tarantulas, and shall carefully remove all the spiderwebs (including the spiders) that usually protect me against flies and mosquitoes...

Kabu, I'm glad to hear that Boo liked frozen food. And what's wrong with frogs and spiders, pray tell!? Talk about live food! They are the only ones keeping us from being live food to all the insects...

I'm afraid there's no way around it, Zen. You can throw out your pots and pans, as well as your kitchen sink, but you should never throw out your wok! The good part is you can get a new one - they're cheap! Get an iron one (not stainless steel), just make sure you cure it properly first! And I don't know why you would throw it out in the first place. The worse they look, the better they get, and in China they become family heirlooms...

Naut matey let me disabuse your mind of one of its horrors.
It is illegal in Australia to feed live food to a python. I used to buy frozen rats, thaw them and she would then rekill them and swallow. I did not allow a creature to die in such a terrible way. Besides rats is rats is rats!!!!!!!!! and rats is Yuk along with frogs and spiders!
