I hail from Calgary, Canada. And yes, it is cold! On the bright side though, we don't have to worry about shoveling snow, since it's too cold for any sort of precipitation!

I can never remember if we use the C or F in Canada, so I always just give the numbers, and hope that people know what I mean!
But really, I don't care what letter you put behind it - it's bloody cold either way!

As far as I'm concerned, cold days come far too often in Calgary! As long as we don't have a solid month of this weather, I try not to complain too much, and to enjoy the warm house!
