So far I have ignored anything at all to do with taxes. I'm trying hard to pretend that the papers for such are not lying stacked at one end of my dining room table where I have to see them every time I pass.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news.....
but the Congress drug their feet and didn't pass the changes in the tax code until fairly late....The IRS has to reprogram their entire system and refund checks will be delayed until probably mid-May......
