My opinion is that "Abortion' it is a very personal and intimate opinion and decision by each and every individual. For every set of circumstances are different, from pregnancy to pregnancy. Religion, the state of ones home life, the child who is pregnant with a child, all things considered, should be considered. We women have fought long and hard AND are still fighting to retain the rights to our own bodies. A definite blessing. Children can be a blessing also, but children raising children is playing Russian Roulette. Intentions are all well and good. There are millions of unwanted children in this world millions in the U.S. alone that would love a warm loving family to take them in and love them. Abortion is a choice and a choice that should always be available.

About abortion
I feel strongly about this issue not because I judge those unfortunate souls that have to get an abortion for medical or other unavoidable issues.  I am against abortion as a way of contraception.  I think that life is sacred and no one has the right to extinguish it  because it would be inconvenient if that life should be allowed to flourish.  It is great that some choose to say there is not really a life in the womb until a certain amount of days or weeks or whatever they say have passed,  but the truth is, and we all know this at some level, that if something 's end result is life and we squash it, we are squashing life.  I feel bad for the girls that make mistakes and get pregnant, but I feel worse for those babies that are killed. The argument of not being wanted is really not a valid one.  Adoption is readily available. The real issue is that the mothers and fathers  do not want the Inconvenience of the nine months and the accompanying backlash.  I believe that one should face the consequences of one's actions.  When would it stop? If I am married and my husband become an inconvenience, do I kill him? Hey he is impeding my growth as a person, should I get rid of him,? But wait, my mother is old and sick and taking care of her would mean I can not go to college, should I murder her?.  One can not get rid of all those that in some way hinder one's happiness or progress.  That is the reality of life.  When one makes a mistake, one should suck it up and take what is coming to one. I also think that  a woman's right to her own body ceases when she has another being inhabiting that body. That being's rights count too, or should, and it is plain wrong to obliterate his or her rights because they can not defend themselves.  Don't take me wrong, I feel for the mothers and loved ones of those "fallen angels",  I know it must be hard to see  your child pregnant and think of how their life would change, but part of a parent lot is to teach responsibility, and the responsible thing to do in such a case is to take one's medicine and find a solution to the problem that does not include murder.  That is my opinion, Be well

my daughter is a lover of children and hates to think that her friend killed a baby, I tried to tell her that baby was only about 5 inches long, I know its sad but its even sadder to see one raised with neglect

I think it should be left to individual to decide about it. It' s woman's right to decide will she bring a life to this world or not. Giving a child for adoption might turn more painful.
