  The Ravens were not allowed to take the Browns colors and history with them.  As far as the league is concerned, the Ravens are an "expansion" team and the Browns are a team that simply had a three year hiatus.

                    So actually it was the Ravens that did that stuff
                
                    before they moved to Baltimore.
  Also the Minnesota Vikings were the last NFL Champion to lose the SuperBowl.

                The NFL has a way of treating anything before the "Super Bowl" era like it didn't exist. Well, anything before the "Overtime Game" of 1958 anyways.
