True pain is so acute.  Not like the social "hurts" that come at us like hurled insults.  No.  That One...the one that numbs even as it swells with grief.  May I say this, and it's only because I've seen almost every "show" that life produces -- grow from within.  Screw the exterior, it's so malleable...like next year's fashions.  And it's ok to toughen and strengthen your "weak" points because the only thing you are slowly conquering, is your open vulnerability, and that's cool.  To be "open" to vulnerability is not the same as "being" vulnerable.  The former is a cool blessing; the latter is being in danger of being dumped on.  Don't need that.  Sorry about the long response, but I got caught up.  joab

I am not talking about the real world.....I am talking about the world of right in home...

some one hurt my feelings so bad...

yoga, meditation......is very helpful and I trained from childhood, but not practising it the way it suppose to........

I listen to music a lot.....i do free from lot of pain, but at times I am a regular woman, I can't take it much..
