Of course you have a point there :). I still take long walks and play basketball, you know. :) Although I can no longer play as long as I used to.

padrecito, you may "always say" that it adds, but your doctor, or rather

all doctors will tell you, and this sedentary woman now tells you, that it will try to kill you at 59 if not dealt with now.

My lifetime of sitting and doing artwork has finally caught up with me....don't let yours ever catch you. Walk and enjoy God's outdoors more, he made them for your eyes only.....and you are wasting them.

Not really, but you know what I mean. It is time to extend your life, to continue your good works longer, by exercising now....ballroom or salsa dancing?? Helping some nearby farmer to hoe a row of tomatoes?? Holding car wash and dog wash get togethers to help raise money for something and showing the youngsters how to really scrub ?!?!?!?

Tummies are not dignified, but outward signs of too much sitting and not much else, mi padre amor. I know, I have one and it is a sign of ill health in my intestines right now. Bummer.

Pray for my tummy and I will pray for yours.

The tummy....
I always say that a 46 year old needn't worry about it. It adds to the "dignified" look. :D

January, the year changes, we think over the past and with any luck,
smile and love the memories. Thanks for walking and talking with me for awhile in your garden of memories....may your future ones bo mostly good, too. And, walk more, padrecito, to minimize that tummy that may be harmful to you.....I fear that you sit in front of computer monitors and sit in chairs holding books far too many hours daily, and might wander a bit, through the neighborhood, getting that heart going and those muscles tightening up some.....
