I am in the same situation as you. Starting over again. I'm scared to death! I used to be powerful in my youth, but I've let sooo many years pass that I've forgotten myself, my own power. BUT I must move on and forward. Luckily I have a very good, intense therapist who is helping me take baby steps into my future

One of the many plaques hanging in our bathroom reads: COURAGE DOESN'T ALWAYS ROAR. SOMETIMES IT IS THE QUIET VOICE AT THE END OF THE DAY SAYING "I WILL TRY AGAIN TOMORROW."
Makes me think of you. Stay strong.
