Re: Hi, SB
Thank you for your comment. This post, like so many of mine, focuses on presenting IDEAS. As such I try to get in as many as I can. Readers are turned off by long posts so I try to keep mine to 4 paragraphs. Often, I have to squeeze in stuff just to present it. My regular readers know this. Later, there will be time enough for editorial pre-requisites. Presently, with a lenghty topic like this, better cannot be done. Thanks!

Re: ACTUALLY Dave, I'm learning my own technique's for dwelling more on
There is a good reason why the good things you've done don't surface regularly. You did the job that had to be done, now its over. No need for garlands or medals, or even the comfort of happy recollection. Bad memories are troublesome. They come up frequently, part of the not-self's attack, but WANTING to be dealt with. Solve them, and they do not come up again! It is not that they are negative! Spiritual people like to be mentally free to size up 'what is' as it occurs, rather than putting some concentration elsewhere. Freedom from all memory is the goal. Lessons learnt, issues dealt with.... what is there to worry about. The clear head can now be receptive of a bliss-like energy which creates the smile in you and good wishes for all that you behold!

ACTUALLY Dave, I'm learning my own technique's for dwelling more on
positive memories and less on the negatives. Also to proportion blame elsewhere where it at least partly belongs rather than flay myself with metaphorical rods.

Hi, SB
I just can't read this right now, because the block (all one paragragh?) is a little big for me, and since I'm retreating into my silences, and still talking-- just a few impressions:

If the rhythm of your thought contains it's intention (which I expect):
I'm wondering why there is not space between each announcement into the progession of your thought/experience, and maybe I could have traveled, not through the words, but the spaces.

This is not to say I don't cherish analytical thought, nor the conglomeration of paint on a canvass. Sometimes I think and ask this question to myself: Do I want to evoke, or do I want to communicate. The Always question is what?

I don't think Reality is mutable, nor appearant. But I do believe that
someone hears the one hand clapping, and how can a tree fall within a vacume?

It's to this circumstance the artist responds.

Damn--I didn't know that!
