I bought gas the other night for $2.89, but the day before it was $3.05 which makes me glad I didn't stop that night...

That's the way the market works......what goes up must come daown and eventually, what goes down goes back up....you gotta hit it at the right moment........and too many people thought they could be real estate speculators.....probably bought in to some of those commercials..."I can make you a Millionaire with no money down!"........Just like stocks, real estate should be a long term investment...IMO

Prices are probably still going to drop......
particularly with condos...since they were a major part of the "flipping" frenzy.....until some sort of economic package is outlined and approved...things will keep heading downward.....JMHO
