Thank you for the reply, jackie.  I appreciate Blogit's point of view, and if you are trying to attract people to Blogit it does make sense to show the comments.  But - when it comes to attracting writers and not just readers, wouldn't it be a better idea to show only the incomes of those Bloggers who make real money?

Jackie I am so happy to hear that because I too dislike my blogs and comments being read by non Blogit members. It has caused some issues with members. We should think of other ways to market Blogit and appeal to more members....BTW...are the elves still working on the new emoticons? He-he...

We designed Blogit to be as open as possible to prospective members, and that's why much of it is visible. We are certainly open to changing this based on member feedback, so we would appreciate input from other members. I would like to mention that having the comments visible may encourage prospective members to subscribe to read the blog entry that the comments are being posted about.

We are looking at adding an option to hide earnings, and hope to have it available soon.
