SEEDLINGS
our blogitville names is who most know us by whats in a name anyway?

Lust
I think names are irrelevant here in Blogitville, as a matter of fact I think some of us prefer to be annonymous. I believe we connect with the writer here in blogitville, their writing and what they chose to write about gives off a spirit of knowing. As far as my 'given' name: I have never really connected with it. I am who I am with or without a name...but for everyone elses sake I have a name, something to call me by, other than, 'Hey you.'

Lustorlove, I'm very happy with my given name of William. My brothers and
sister are happy with theirs. However if my younger brother had been born a female, his name would have been Ponderosa Rose. LOL

My mom had two names picked out. Cynthia and Michele
at the last minute, she decided on Michele.  Shelly has been my nickname since I was a kid.

I had no choice...
I got named after my paternal grandmother, as what once was the southern Italian tradition. Fortunately my mom managed to find a nicer Spanish equivalent (Conchita) than the ball-and-chain name Concetta.
