That's why I am able to write it! I understand myself now-(thru' being in therapy)-therefore I KNOW they have not moved on-so I just don't bite! So much time can be/is wasted-trying to defend self/behaviour--and so much anger/sadness is raised--BUT--only if you bite the bait!! God bless-Chris.x

Your words sum up the unnecessary conflict in my home due to tittle tattle. I needed the comfort of this write. It is nice to read that is truly them and not what they want you to believe. Such an insightful haiku.  Your growth keeps me coming back and my expectations are beyond what I thought I would read. Excellent!!!   sam
