That's why I am able to write it! I understand myself now-(thru' being in therapy)-therefore I KNOW they have not moved on-so I just don't bite! So much time can be/is wasted-trying to defend self/behaviour--and so much anger/sadness is raised--BUT--only if you bite the bait!! God bless-Chris.x

Your words sum up the unnecessary conflict in my home due to tittle tattle. I needed the comfort of this write. It is nice to read that is truly them and not what they want you to believe.
