Well, I'm ready to post my weight loss results for the past 3 weeks. As of this morning I've lost 18 pounds. It's really amazing. The weight just seems to melt off of me. I have a lot more to lose, but this stuff is great. I guess Trudeau was right about the FDA not wanting people to know about this. It would totally turn the diet industry upside down.

The book has substance, but so many people are complaining about the suggestions he makes for their lifestyle changes.
For me, I don't think I will be able to make all the changes, but I'm certainly going to try and do some things differently and see what happens.
