When you're given an opportunity to present your work to the world for FREE, I don't see where you can go wrong. When you have something that is submitted to somewhere for nothing and turns out to be something, you are a winner!

I did it, b2008
I sent a poem to a poetry contest. Probably nothing will come of it but I did it on impulse and it was fun. Won't know anything for a long time. The winner gets $10,000 (so they say).
