It doesn't matter what anyone believes...
...that's a personal choice. Why would you want to lose sleep wondering why someone else believes what you feel is totally ridiculous. The fact that you get yourself upset about what somebody else believes means that you are questioning your own beliefs, don't you think?
Just don't care about another person's beliefs as long as you can get along with them and be friends anyway. What difference does it make?
