this is tragic. In Malaysia sometime last year, an elderly lady was killed by a rotweiller while she was having her evening walk.

I recently posted on this very subject although not to the extent that you have here. I believe as you do. I have been attacked by supposed 'nice pets' and I have seen big dogs turn on their owners for no apparent reason. I couldn't agree with you more that there must be something we don't understand yet and thus we should never leave a child alone with a pet large or small, snake, rat, dog or cat and neither should we completely trust an animal until we do understand.
