Dearest....
Trust is a hard thing to give, and an even harder thing to accept sometimes. Trust in yourself and the one's who love you. No one who loves you and understands PTSD will find it difficult to share the burdens you are living with and dealing with on your own. While it may be a long road you travel, know you are not walking it alone.
