what's scariest is that whatsisname was an elected official

U.S. Representative -- and then led the charge to impeach Clinton.

he's a quiet fanatic.  -- and that's what should be scary.

what's scarier still is there might be more like him to come --

imagine a U.S. of A. run by people like him and George W. Bush -- ohmigod, no imagining to it.

we came close -- here's praying that we don't come any closer -- but come back to our senses and recognize the freedoms that the Founding Fathers did.

Sounds like you've dealt with some of the same kind of people I have.  It is amazing at how great of a threat to their way of life we are just because we speak our minds openly and honestly.

haven't I been saying that?
the Christians who support Zionist Jews don't care about the Jews at all -- they want to promote their own idea that the Jewish Temple is only a vehicle for the fulfillment of end-time prophecies --

we have two groups -- Zionist Jews and Millennial Christians -- who are exploiting each other for their own purposes -- and neither really believes in the validity of the other.

and both for something that will not come about.  they want to interpret passages as pertaining to the times yet to come -- the "End Times" (which have been to come for almost two millennia and haven't).

kooka_lives - I wonder if anyone has told these people that are dancing

around like circus clowns that Judaism does not recognize Jesus Christ as the messiah?

In that regard Isreal becomes just a utility to be placed within their own distorted mythology. Utilized to make their ridiculous fairy tales seem to have some substance. When it is considered what these beliefs are premised upon, in an ancient view of the political spectrum limited to a very small geographical region; "ridiculous" may not be strong enough of a word. I also wonder if anyone has told them that the USA by no stretch of their convoluted imaginations was even conceived of at the time of these writings? Christians for Israel? They are no more for Israel than they are for their myopic and distorted exclusivist view of their own religion as somehow being able to allow them to escape catastrophe.

I agree.........I agree.......I SO agree.  Religious fanatics scare me.......but, it's the religious "moderates" who cause me greater concern, only because they are ALL AROUND ME and view ME and those like me as being the greatest threat to society.
