You are so right!! Organic taste much better......I glady pay more for the absence of harsh chemicals....because some of the ingredients I am sure really dont even belong in a car or our earth...much less our food!! Keep preaching organics!!! My family hate having me over!!! UGhhh Happy New Year!!!

Sure, you can use equal parts of beef and lamb. I season it with bread crumbs and organic eggs, also use organic spices.

I had never heard of lamb in meatloaf. Do you use equal parts of the meat? I have meatloaf fans in my home, they may want to try this. Thank you. sam
