You believe in God? That is all the "agreement" we need. I do hope all is well with you and your family in this Holiday Season!

Aren't the holidays great?
I think you have seen me post about the contest going on with the girls at work. To see who can consume the fewest calories and exercise the most over the next 12 weeks. It started last week and there are no breaks for christmas and new year's. The only other rule is that at least 1200 calories has to be consumed every day.

The leftovers
where thrown out last night. We had cheeseburgers lastnight and I think they were the best I had ever eaten. Starting Monday after all the relatives leave the diet begins again or should I just say we go back to eating healthy like always. Just changing how I eat I have managed to loose 25 lbs still need to loose another 25 to be where I want but I am on my way there

Here's a thought.....
box or tin them up and give them to a shelter or food bank for their New Years Day meal!

So far, I don't seem to have gained any weight, but, just as bad, if not worse, is my blood glucose which is running consistently higher than it should. For a diabetic, this is not a good thing, in fact it is a bad thing and I'm sure there are many of us that need to get back on track immediately. I really hate to throw those beautiful goodies out, but most people I know also have too many and don't need them any more than I do.

My dog insists on a long walk every day.
So I suppose that massive prime rib I'm gonna scarf down tonight with a bottle of good Cabernet is going to cost me a two hour forced march with the little brown hound.
