The 12 Days of Animated Christmas House Decorations
Wow!  Gosh Corbin, this is the third video I have seen on Christmas by you today.  I just joined Blogit and get a whopping 3 beautiful videos that I thoroughly enjoyed this morning.  I have been down this year about Christmas.  My daughter is 18, and still wants the Christmas she's always had for her entire life, with my parents and all her cousins.  But, my Dad and Mom no longer want to celebrate Christmas.  Relationships have been strained over the years between my brothers and I.  So the nuetral place is of course our parents house and it seems my parents called off Christmas.  They did it two weeks before too.  Blew our minds. I helped pay to build them a custom built house, the one of their dreams, right next door.  Dad cooked the turkey and dressing and we cooked everything else.  We have a dog, so one of my sister-in-laws, who is allergic won't come into my home.  The other brother I have, well let's just say, it's better left unsaid at this point.  I have been turning the other cheek for years with him.  He would never come here.  So, this year is different.  I have no idea how to make a Christmas this year for my only child that makes it Merry!  It will seem like every other day of the year to her and I can't seem to meet this challenge.  I didn't mentioned I'm disabled either.  It takes a great deal out of my husband and I every Christmas cooking everything but the turkey for everyone.  No one brings any food or presents to my parents house.  Dad said he's tired of cooking and mom doesn't want to clean her house.  My daughter offered to clean her house.  Then my youngest brother said he couldn't come and Mom got tired of my older brother not showing up so many times that she has threatened not to have Christmas every year if everyone doesn't show up.  My brother's children don't always show up, one of them will make plans elsewhere and Mom won't want to give them their gift.  This house could of been my Dad's plans years ago when I was younger.  Gosh, he'd build signs for Santa's Sleigh all lite up with a runway and arrows on top of the roof, and that was 35 years ago.  I just don't know any more.  Thanks for the Christmas cheer.  I agree with you, we are all blessed in this country and I love the same music and yep, red state, one of the biggest!  Merry Chistmas brother!!
