Like distinctions between nightmares & dreams. Latter have significance...
Mine have been in-between these categories. Someone in my family dies in my dream...usually a younger person, sibling....I get up with my heart pounding wondering f the phone will ring from Africa. Two weeks ago I dreamed twice that my older brother had died...only to realise on 10 December, a great humanitarian center's leader (Swami Sahajananda, friend of Mandela and Pres. Mbeki, Buthelezi and King G. Zwelethini) has transioned. I was sorry & reflective for a few days, as I had boarded during my indergrad days at his Center for 3 years at nominal costs. So, my "dreanightmare" was NEWS! shalom

Once again, thanks for your comments an input, especially as I did not look at it from the angle that for some people they may not even remember what it was about, though knew they had experienced a nightmare. Thanks. Take care.

EYES
I've had nightmares as long as I can remember. I have them 1nce or 2wice a week, they scare the sh~t out of me, I wake up screaming and shaking. Family members, children, husbands and lovers have all just learned to live with my nightmares as I have. I can't remember much when I wake and don't care to. I have no clue if they are fiction or fact?
