Lustor

On first hands this sounds like a case of total ungratefulness and selfishness, though as I do not personally know all involved or the full circumstances surrounding the issues that have built up over the years, my view as it stand is a one sided one.  It is hard to imagine someone allowing someone else to treat and throw out ones own blood, to segregate them from their own flesh and blood, then again the scales of balance and facts would have to be measured. Take care.

Bless

I know she loved her husband and children, but there is no way in hell I would of let my kids kick me anywhere without one hell of a fight, that is what I was trying to get to her, dont just lie down and let them stomp all over her.

I have seen similar situations...
The death of the anchor of the family leaves the survivors adrift and confrontations often arise.  My uncle tried to sue my mother over a similar deal.  Years later, a once close family can only speak occasionally and they all have to avoide the "will" subject.

Who really knows what precipitates the actions of others? Who indeed
is the guilty party and to what extent?  Does one party bear total responsibility or are there extenuating circumstances?  Still, regardless, I don't see how anyone can condone letting a girlfriend throw one's mother out of HER house.  Something seems dreadfully amiss here...

That is so sad...I bet there is something she could do to get her house back...I dunno any court who would endorse a g/friend kicking an old lady out of her house...poor thing~
