Your mom sounds like me, that is how I would of handled it, and I too probably would of boycott them also, like I did the Marriott Hotels

Lol....
I haven't been in a Safeway in years...ever since I went in after work once, dirty and filthy from a 10 hour shift and was told "We cant have unclean people in our store.." Wonder how much they lost from me and my work buddies....

Many institutions or organisations fail to realise how much revenue is lost through unpleasantries sustainted by customers at the hands of such people. Good of your mom to defend her own in such fashion. Take care.

Good mama! Store manager's stereotyping teenagers! I was a teenager once
too ya know, and I would've reacted the same (so would have my mama). Safeways' too expensive anyway, but one bad manager (or employee) could certainly ruin a lot of business for any company! (Ummm, you said the 'F' word)!
