Re: The worst case ....
Corbin: In my opinion, that would be the best case scenario for both parties. Conventions today are boring as hell. Why even watch them? More and more people are tuning out even people who are interested in politics.

The endorsements of the newspapers indicate how fluid this nomination process is. If Edwards or Obama beats Senator Clinton in Iowa, she may be in real trouble. Then it may be between Obama and Edwards. This has turned out to be a very interesting primary season, on both sides.

The worst case ....
scenario....is that no one gets a majority of delegates come convention time....then we're in for an entertaining spectacle of political wheeling and dealing......
And amazingly, this could be in the cards for the GOP, too! It's been a while since we have seen this type of circus....which tends to allow unconsidered "compromise" candidates to surface.....Condi??? Jeb Bush??? Newt???

Wavy
I have to make a confession - I have stopped following most of this primary stuff. I know it's important, but when Spitzer decided he wasn't gonna give me a NY driver's licence after all, which means I can't vote anyway, being Canadian, I have sort of lost interest...
