Hands down Carbohydrates are the main source of energy-supply 4 calories per gram that is as good as proteins, also about 4 calories I think. But fat gives 9 calories per gram. Fats and proteins also break down and converted into energy but it easy for the body to use carbohydrates. So let us make it difficult for our system and eat less of carbohydrates this season in case we are think we have to diet. Happy holidays.
