Animal rights people? That's just one of those weird Western inventions, ginnie. Same for human rights people...

Re: Poor Camels....
Kaboom, if you expose them to a lot of kabooms over a period of time, they simply get used to them...

Yep, Pat, Darfur is mainly sand. Hard to know what all the fuss is about...

You want the best camel? Get a Kamal camel. That's right. A
Kamal camel, specially trained to followed human movements and other shit.
Oh, and Pat B, the Sudan is very arid. Grasslands and arid wastes (not to be confused with 'movements' or 'shit'.) Part of Sudan is the Sahara. The camels will love it.

Maybe they can learn to ignore gunfire, etc., but do they adapt to jungles? Maybe I'm confused about the Darfur region and it's desert, too. Can they fit the poor creatures with Kevlar shields? What a small pitiful creature is man, that he makes war and death the status quo.

Re: There are plenty of wild camels in Australia if they need more.
The Aussie camels always want Foster's, Kabu. That's not good in a Muslim environment...

There are plenty of wild camels in Australia if they need more.
They were used in the early days by Afghan camel trains to bring supplies to the outback. No longer needed, they were let loose and now run wild. We export quite a few to the middle east, mainly for camel races.

Too bad we have to drag other species into our war behavior.
If there is a karma, the human debt to horses alone should cause some concern...
