Yes, I will post about that Benzinha. It is lovely when someone sees one and the parts

that make up a soul

azur, reading posts, the posts that sound a bit like the London you,

are too much fun. Mentors and contests and homework assigments, and dream asSIGHnments, are so much more fun than standing in a deep dark hole and seeking peeks at the big blue sky above.

Listen to me ! As though I were not in that hole that you just abandoned. Must seek out mentors and homework assignments and dream up some solutions and not obsess on the lack of money and and and and.

Congratulations and throw your arms out like Julie Andrews on the top of the Swiss mountaintop and spin around for me....I'll watch you on a tv screen, here in the hole.

And don't forget to blog about it all, as that is my tv screen.

BEEP!

Isn't there a book called Do What You Love, the Money Will Follow?  Don't think about the money unless it's vital.  Just keep doing what you're doing and concentrate on your writing.  You're motivated, talented, and ambitious.  Although I haven't read your fiction, I know you deserve your accolades, those just received and the ones yet to come.

keep on keeping on, azur!  You go, girl!

hugs!!!

Beep. Congrats! Thinking about money is NOT thinking about writing. I had
the same problem when I did art. I got so I was thinking more about the money and that turned the art into NOT FUN. So, I left it.

Beep, beep!
Happy to know you are back in the swing of things and if you don't break into the fiction market then I'd be very surprised and saddened. You are fabulous Azur and well deserve the contest you won! Keep up the great work and money will come!

Azur
With your commitment, the money will soon start catching up with your very obvious talent - it may even overtake you!

"Arrogant" would be saying you had it sewn up.

Dreaming and aiming are not arrogant, they're optimistic. Announcing premature victory in a zero-sum situation...that's arrogant.

Still tolerant, hold the mustard,

Beep. I read it all, Azur and...
I think you should be proud of yourself and that you should share these great things with us because we are so interested in what you are doing and your successes at doing it.

Beep. And no, it doesn't sound arrogant. Just confident.
And based on what I've read, it's about time you realized you're damn good, and with just the right break, you'll even be able to make a living with your mind... Good to read you again. I've missed you. :)pat
