Hello mariaki--thank you for your kind words!I went out Friday evening-a gang of us for a mealIt was too soon after my op-seats too low-(including loo)-and sitting too long-so Saturday/Sund.I was so stiff/painfull I regretted going out the night before.However-today is much better.Thanks for asking.
