It might be useful to talk to the decision-makers in the company you're
currently working in, and tell them straight, tactfully if possible, what your concerns really are and exactly how you feel, just like you've said in the blog, and maybe they will think over it and do something. Give them a deadline - gently of course of maybe fifteen days or a month's time, and if it's not working, then perhaps you sure have to switch over.

I think the current company has come to take you for granted>>>>..you must be your own advocate. Meet with the new company and entreat them to keep you at your current level of contentment>>>> 3 weeks vacation should be protected for your mental health>>>>>>>you know you will always give more than you are paid so the perks should be enough to keep you involved and motivated>>>it is a mental thing, nothing will take you out of your game faster than relinquishing those hard earned perks as a matter of stance!!!!! good luck with this extremely important decision......keep us posted>>>>>>>>sam
