OKay, Sis, you don't have to wrap it, just give it to me..................
hahahahaha Of course, you make beautifull-wrapped gifts. Tell these bloggers to ask someone who knows - that would be me!

My grandmother taught me how to wrap...
...when I was about 7. She worked in dept store as a gift wrapper! When I was in social work one of the fundraiser our agency did was gift wrap in the malls at Christmastime. I was so fast and so efficient that I was on the local news! Ha! Quite the claim to fame eh?
On Christmas Eve we couldn't get any volunteers to work the shifts so my kids and my nieces worked like crazy people wrapping gifts..mostly men's gifts...they shop last minute and we had a ball!

Good Afternoon, Offy hon
I am an absolutely lousy wrapper! Aside from lacking the skill, I also lack the patience! Wrapping is one of the few things that can spoil Christmas for me, so I have it done, or else use those gift bags and hide the presents under a lot of tissue paper...

Sally
I'm "anal" and think of myself as an aspiring department store employee. The ribbon must match the paper, the paper must line up, etc. It's pathetic......

One year, when I was thinking green, I wrapped presents in old newspapers or the comic section (still with ribbons, of course). Although it was a great idea it was short lived.

Offy, you ask, "are you a good wrapper?" You wrap when you give gifts.
But I am the more of the receiver types, and therefore, I am a good
unwrapper. Hahaha

Haha, I suck too, Sally!
I think it's a gift to be a perfect wrapper; I rush through as quickly as possible and it shows, lol.

Good Morning, Offy!!!!!!
I just read an article where a woman was trying to be more Eco-minded with her wrapping.....she was going to use old towels, baby blankets...newspapers etc.
And reusable yarn instead of ribbon.....maybe she was related to Shelly's grandma???
