Therapy is the answer

Medicine is a start, but will not be the sole solution. God gave the human body innate energy to heal itself. when you break a leg, no doctor in the world can heal the bone. The doctor sets it and you heal it. You can heal your soul by opening your mouth and sharing your experiences with a social worker or therapist. The therapy will also give you solutions to your problems. You need to learn how to cope with life's problems. Arm yourself with everything possible.....therapy, support groups, friends, 12 step programs, and medicine. You will not get better unless you create the conditions for a healthier thought process. Best of luck.

I can relate.....
A few times this year I have had that feeling of screaming inside, like I'm lost in a cave, or elsewhere, and nobody can hear me.  Thank God I am strong enough to pull myself out of those caves and relate again to the real world!!!  I feel so bad for people who get there and cannot find their way out!

There is no one answer but to keep putting one foot forward and trudge along as best as one can.  I have learned that if a doctor thinks you should take meds it's usually best to take them.  Welcome to blogit
