Takes that sarcastic "have a nice day" after-ticket comment up a notch.
Shortly after the WTO demonstrations in Seattle in '99, someone took a photo of the storm trooper cops with big guns riding on their crowd control vehicle - an armored thing that looks like a small tank. They added a lovely green holly border and in traditional calligraphy the letters in red "Merry Christmas from Seattle."
