Glad you survived the encounter.  My daughter and I couldn't believe our eyes as we stopped at a red light behind a guy in a pickup truck --cutting his hair.  Yup, using  scissors and rearview mirror he continued this as the light changed green and drove off.  We left a biiiig space between us.

Taps,it's an epidemic.  Are people so self-absorbed that they don't even care that they're causing accidents???

Drivers who are distracted by talking on a cell phone while they are driving are causing more and more accidents. It is a major problem on the roads.   It’s easy to get so engrossed in conversation that you miss exits or don’t notice what other drivers are doing.   She noticeably cares for no one but herself as evidenced by the fact that she kept talking even after she was "caught" being in your way.

i read somewhere that they know talking on a cell is as dangerous as driving drunk.
