These can be awkward and delicate times in some cases. If you are happy with the job and the people that work around you, then yes it is right to be honest and portray this when you speak. Also on the other hand, if you feel there are certain aspects about the job that affect your comfortability in carrying out your duties, be it the way things are done or certain characteristics of people around you that you are a touch uneasy about, then you can still make your point in a tactical way, there's no need to make it sound negative. For me if I'm being honest or if someone is being honest with me, then I take it and see it as positive, not negative. Honest criticism works the same as positive comments. My personal beliefs on such matters Callista. Take Care.
