Re: life is "fine"
Hi Mari,
No not in other languages. In English, one could say "I am fine" to have a whole lot of different meanings. It is all in the expression.
Kind regards,
Laki

Thanks
The reunion with a long lost friend inspired this poem. She asked how my life had been. “Life’s fine” I said. “Fine” in the English language when expressed appropriately becomes, so so or fantastic or rubbish with a touch of sarcasm, or many other sentiments. Beneath the floral language or the subtlety of seasons, there is more to be discovered. This one you must read with your heart just as you would “Two minuets of silence” or “Two people making a mistake”
