I have a non-profit client. It is an altogether different working
atmosphere than the profit sector. I found it interesting; people more suited and passionate about their positions/programs. It is a gratifying atmosphere to work in. ~Blessings~

Well I wish charities worked that way.. Yes, the best it to enable those that need help.. to  help themselves, by providing skills, work, etc...

Then empathy is most important because it enables a better rapport between the one who gives and the one who receives.
