I always hated the gossip and choosing sides, the little workplace wars.
I sometimes just came out and said I hate gossip. Most people who pass on their "news" which is mostly speculation and conjecture, will fade if you pin them down and ask "did you see this yourself? Do you know it's true? " The soon find out you're not compliant in their petty games and quit. Nobody wants people thinking they belong on the hag team.
