I often wonder what those who believe in God think their God thinks of them when they act this way? At what level can a person justify lying about others as some have done, as a form of worshipping their God? Proliferating misinformation is one thing, we can all be inadvertantly guilty of this, but if someone is selling a message of love, justice, truth and all of the other good things they associate with their God, how do they justify slandering others as a means of demonstrating their worship? I don't get it.

Xeno-x - too true
"They don't realize the dumbness of what they are saying."
We've seen a few entertaining people grace this site and specifically this category. I always get a laugh out of those who assume a position of superiority, then wallow in all of the undesirable human traits a person could possibly think of.

GOD IS FOR EVERYONE, HE LOVES EVERYONE THE SAME, AND FOR THE KNOW-IT-ALLS, ALL HAVED SINNED AND HAVE FALLEN SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD!! SPIRITUALISM IS ONE'S PERSONAL JOURNEY!!!!!!!!!!! I REALLY LIKE YOUR WORK. SAM

"Better to be quiet and seem like a fool than to open one's mouth and show that you really are a fool." or something like that.
They don't realize the dumbness of what they are saying.

Ariala - you can't make them smarter by arguing with them
I've read a few posts in the last couple of weeks that support what you are saying, we are likely speaking of the same people. The funniest part is that one of the authors, whom I have never gotten along with, attempted to become my friend just prior to a series of posts that could only be described as the promotion of hate towards people like myself. The part I still have the most trouble with is when a person such as this makes their idiotic take on life known and others add comments supporting the unsupportable position.

FineYoungSinger - during my time here on Blogit I have witnessed some
incredible things pertaining to what people are capable of.
Incredible in the sense that the actions of some people in this forum have been utterly ridiculous, yet somehow supported by others. The byproduct of their "saved" justifications, at least for some people, seems to be the ability to overlook the obvious transgressions of others just as long as they believe as they do.

Gome, just when I think some knuckleheads have changed, they go and
prove to me they are still the same...I feel I need the bopping mallet used on me at such a point for being deceived.

the basic flaw lies in the central belief regarding justification.
Many Christians believe that once you "accept Christ as your personal Lord and Savior" you are "saved", and everything you do from that point on is just wiped away. Therefore, you can exist as a complete--how do you put it?--knucklehead, because the "getting saved" rationale prevents the so-called believer from taking any responsiblity for their behavior, no matter how deplorable.
