wasn't sure i was going to like this poem
"bile-soaked dishrags" oh, oh another one of "those". Consider "bible-soaked dishrags" as the other bible you seem to be relating to, and which you seem to have a very handy grasp to--evident in your relish of comparisons--and that's when I started enjoying it too.
