children running here and there in public places is a common sight. It depends on parents who should keep an eye on them... which is quite impossible to do.

I think I probably saw the back seat of a car when I was young as well or my mother had the most piercing stare (it stopped you in your tracks). And when all else failed there’s was nothing wrong with a quick slap on the butt. Consistent discipline worked back then – I’m sure it would still be effective today.
