sam444 - that's the most important point I am imparting with my rather

blunt language.

Some folks need to take a long and honest look in the mirror before they begin attempting to save others. I sometimes cannot for the life of me understand what they think they see staring back at them.

YOU ARE SO RIGHT. PEOPLE WHO CANNOT RESPECT THE INSIGHTS OF OTHERS ARE ONLY DECEIVING THEMSELVES. I LIKE A LOT OF PERSPECTIVES ON WRITING ON ANY SUBJECT.  BEFORE ONE TRIES TO CHANGE SOMEONE ELSE, ONE SHOULD CONSIDER ONE'S ONLY ABILITY TO CHANGE!   SAM

FineYoungSinger - that's another good point
It doesn't say a lot for an individual's personal convictions if a few words posted by a stranger can change them so easily. When it is considered to what levels of insidiousness and depravity some things found on the internet sink to, that same hypothetical person who's convictions are so easily swayed would inevitably become a criminal.

changing peoples minds vs. food for thought
I gotta say, gome, anyone blogging to completely change peoples minds is kidding themselves.  On the flip side of this issue, why would anyone want a reader that would change their mind completely, all because they read a blog post in a private forum?  I hope my readers (phantom or not) have a little more intellectual backbone than that.
