It looks like the same entry got posted multiple times. Were you clicking the "Save & Post" button as you went along? If so, you might want to write the entry in Word and copy and paste it instead.
To go to the blog's editing page, click "Write" (in the top-right corner of the page), and click "Edit" next to the name of the blog.
To delete any extra entries, scroll down to the entry you want to change. You will see a set of links immediately below the blog entry, including a "Delete" link.
