sex is good for the mental and physical health...especially with the right partner!  It not only wears off the calories, exercises the lungs with controlled breathing, exercises the muscles, unblocks chakras, but gives such a sense of elation, it is excellent for the self-esteem and complexion.  should be more of it I say.

It also helps to lower blood sugar if one is diabetic.
