I have a publication offer and am short of 16 poems .. if you decide to give recommendation/s .. which one/once of my poems on blogit would you recommend me to send to the publisher?
You are also invited to edit a poem/poems you think need editing and receive accreditation for doing so .. if it/they is/are in the end of the day accepted by the publisher.

HEY PHRED! I'M NEW TO BLOGIT AS OF DECEMBER 2007 AND I HAVE EARNED $.30! MY HUSBAND AND I ARE DECIDING HOW TO TAKE THE PAYMENT IN CASH OR CHECK. I THINK YOU'RE MISSING THE POINT HERE, IF I MAY BE SO BRASH. I DID NOT SIGN UP TO BLOGIT TO "MAKE MONEY". I FOUND A SOURCE THAT ENABLED ME TO GET MY STUFF "OUT THERE" AND SHARE MY THOUGHTS, DRAWINGS, PHOTOGRAPHY, ETC WITH THOSE WHO HAVE THE SAME INTERESTS AS I. I UNDERSTAND THE FINANCIAL PART, BUT THE OLD SAYING HOLDS TRUE, YOU HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO MAKE MONEY. YOU WERE PAYING FOR THE EXPOSURE THAT BLOGIT PROVIDES. YOU SAY YOU HAVE A WEBSITE, BUT YOU ALSO ARE ANTICIPATING THE READERS OF BLOGIT TO FOLLOW YOU TO YOUR WEBSITE. DID I MISS SOMETHING, OR DID YOU NOT OBTAIN YOUR "FOLLOWING" AT BLOGIT? I HAVE A WEBSITE I'VE BEEN WORKING ON FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND I HAVE BLOGIT AS A LINK, SO PEOPLE CAN SEE MY WORK. PATIENCE, MY FRIEND, PATIENCE. IT'S NOT GONNA COME ALL AT ONCE. AFTER ALL, I STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M GONNA DO WITH MY $.30!!! GOOD LUCK IN YOUR ENDEAVORS, BUT I THINK YOU MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. Save your money!
The advertising for BlogIt does not lie by stating that you can earn money for your writing. It does not promise that you will earn more than you pay, it does not promise that you will earn each month. It offers help for increasing your visibility but the truth be told, BlogIt is like a pyramid scheme. Those who started in the beginning and are still here, are the ones at the top of the pyramid and their fans are in their down stream. I started with BlogIt early and I did okay but certainly did not "make" any money. But, I did not have illusions of grandeur that my writing would be recognized to the point where I could quit my job.
If you are tight on cash, quit this site and put your money in the bank. That 16.00 is only worth about $10.00 in the world economy these days anyway. Save your bucks. BlogIt is a past time for fun, a place to vent, to share and commune with other writers.
