Excellent piece! I have several other interesting statements on this whole climate thing, but I have time only for one issue at a time, lol! As to Krisles' rhetorical question, what is it with people, my short and tentative answer would be:
the need to believe...

I think Glenn Beck's special, and then John Stossel's piece not long ago both laid out the voices that are not in consensus...that's all I was trying to say...obviously poorly. I hear people say that anyone who doesn't agree with Gore are part of a conspiracy...that's what I'm saying I don't understand; why those folks are so quick to jump on that partiuclar bandwagon....I felt both those specials, and others before them have laid out the other side of this issue well enough to merit serious consideration.

The people doubting things aren't saying some type of warming is not happening...they're just saying their is no proof of the cause....and that it is cyclical in nature......

The most amazing thing to me is how many people are so sure Al and his cohorts are right, even though they've surely heard by now that there are reputable scientists out there who are not on board with the scientists who say there is this
massive Global Warming, and the
experts in Hollywood, that they will jump on the "conspiracy" bandwagon....I mean, what is with the mindset of those people, that's what I want to know.....do they just
want to believe that crooks are everywhere
but in the mainstream media and Hollywood....I swear, sometimes I think of oceanfront property in Arizona (I know, they think the same thing about me....)(I just can't seem to quit ranting today.....sorry.....)
