Wow, sounds like you are going through a tough time
I know you must already love the child that you are carrying inside you, but it has brought a lot of changes to your life, unfortunately most of them negative.
I know that in the end the tough decisions you've had to make will pay off. You will find someone, you will find friends who are also mothers and you'll find a good job that won't let you go or be crappy.
In the meantime, hang there. There is nothing else you can do really besides trying your best to be positive and just live day by day until gradually, things start getting better. My heart goes out to you 
.
BTW, those people that give you a disapproving look when you say you are pregnant... they'll get theirs one day.
