Hi .. I have a landline rhat I use all the time but I also have a prepaid cell phone for when I am driving and only gave the # to a few people who I know would come and save me when I get lost
I have a terrible sense of direction.

The landmine is more reliable. I once was in a place where there was no network connection.

You make a good point.
Telephones connect us all.
Gotta have both kinds I guess.

hahahahaha, skinny's comment reminded me of something...
I once bought $700 worth of payphones..I was going to find places to put them, and make the big bucks! I sold all of them for $100.

We need both land and airspace. Both have advantages and disadvantages. With the price of mobile phones coming down and the convergence of technology into the cellphone, there is no escaping it.
